Background: The Global (formerly National) Day of Unplugging was first established in 2009 as a day reconnect with others face-to-face and reduce our dependence on technology. It can be 1 hour break from technology, or the full 24 hours. It’s a great opportunity to engage with others and improve our mental and physical wellbeing. Here are some ideas of how to pass this 24 hours unplugged: https://www.unplugcollaborative.org/unplug-what-to-do-collection
