Resist Cell Towers

Resist Cell Towers Near Your Home & School

It is critical to fight the installation of cell towers closer than 500 meters or 1,640 feet from where anyone lives, learns or works.

There have been more than 600 communities across the U.S. who have fought cell towers. See this document  for the news coverage.

Setbacks of 500 meters (1,640 feet) are essential.

Professor Kent Chamberlin, PhD, now retired as the Chair Emeritus of the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of New Hampshire, explained in his testimony to the NH 5G Study Commission the need for setbacks with 5G small cells and cell towers, highlighted in this video.  He is introduced in the video by Jim Wilusz, the Health Director  of the Tri-Town Health Department in MA’s southern Berkshires.

If a cell tower is already up or is going up near your home:

  • Measure the impact on the inside of your home using a high-quality RFR meter, such as the Safe & Sound Pro II found here.  For five percent off, use coupon code blue-5
  • Be sure ALL wireless devices are turned off INSIDE your home when doing this measuring.
  • Reduce all controllable exposures inside of your home using the steps noted above. Most often, the radiation levels inside a home are far greater from one’s own devices than from a local tower.
